Delhi Corbett Weekend Tour
Jim Corbett parkland was the first National Park of India and also the Indian landmass once it had been established on 8 August 1936. it had been then known as Hailey parkland when Sir Malcolm Hailey, the then governor of the United Provinces. Major Jim Corbett was mostly accountable for delineation of the park boundaries. when India achieved independence in 1947 the park was renamed as Ramganga parkland. In 1957, it had been renamed as Corbett National Park, in memory of Jim Corbett. Project Tiger, India's formidable conservation program to save the tiger and its surround was launched from p Corbett in 1973. In 1991 the area of the reserve was enlarged to its existing area, with an outsized buffer space coming back underneath the direct management of the Field Director
Day 01 Delhi – Corbett National Park
After a refreshing breakfast, we will start our journey towards Corbett National Park. A distance between Delhi to Corbett approx 270 km and it’s a maximum 7 hours journey. We arrive in Corbett National Park, a place popular for its wildlife especially the tigers. This place is considered to be the heaven for photographers seeking forward to trap tigers in their tigers. Corbett is considered to be the best place wherein one can catch a rare glimpse of animals and birds. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 Corbett National Park
2th-day drive for an overnight tour for the central zone of the Corbett National Park. The drive through the forest and on the way stop at the Ghariyal lie around along the river bank. On arrival move to Dhikala Forest house. Overnight stay.
Day 03 Dhikala ( Corbett National PARK)
Full day game viewing and birding in Dehikala. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 04 Corbett National Park
Our morning will start with an exciting jungle safari that will cover the evergreen National Park after which we will be heading back to the hotel. After lunch we will continue with the travel with some jungle games and night stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05 Corbett - Delhi
After breakfast in the early morning, we will be leaving for Delhi. On arrival, transfer to Airpot/ Railway station for the next destination.

Gurbaksh organized a number of drivers, trains, and accommodation. He was amazing! Can not recommend him enough. If you have any questions he is more than happy to help. He always made sure we were updated with our train times and make sure we got to the station on time. The first driver we had was one of the best experiences in India, he was super friendly and helpful.
